GINGER JUICE - 15KG
Ginger Juice is made from whole ginger rhizomes that have been thoroughly washed, diced, minced, pressed, filtered, batched and acidified. The Juice is then HTST pasteurised and aseptically packed into sterile bags, then into metal drums.
